Your visit request

We collect the name, mobile number, locality, service, garment and any optional scheduling preferences or tailoring notes you submit. The team uses these details to review and follow up on your request. Contact permission is required to send a request.

You may also provide a doorstep address and Google Maps pin. Current location is requested only after you press the location button and allow browser access. It is a one-time pin, not live tracking. These details stay in the draft until submission, then are stored privately for visit coordination. They are not sent to analytics. Opening a Maps link sends that location to Google under Google’s privacy terms. You can remove the pin before sending; locality can still be entered manually.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in a private database. This website provides no public customer-record lookup. Your receipt and draft remain in memory for this browser session; closing or refreshing the page can remove them. Customer details are not stored in browser storage.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads only if you accept analytics. We send service choices, generic funnel events and controlled campaign codes, excluding contact details and tailoring notes. You can reject or withdraw analytics using Analytics preferences below. Your analytics choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. This is separate from permission to contact you about your request.

Illustrations and external links

Website images are generated illustrations unless explicitly labeled otherwise. If you choose an external contact link, the external service’s privacy terms apply.

Retention and privacy contact

We retain request details while handling your request and for up to 180 days after closure for follow-up and fit concerns. Details needed for an unresolved dispute or legal obligation may be retained longer. Contact us to request earlier deletion, subject to those obligations.
